The village Le Bar-Sur-Loup is not much alive, but there is a good restaurant at walking distance and good activities a short ride away. The mazet itself is tiny but very neat and eeverything needed is there. All is clean and well maintained. Decoration is very nice. The oustide area is beautiful en big. A good perfect living area when the weather is good. The pool is small but nice and good. Perfect for children. Daniela and her daughter Mari are very pleasant hosts. Good communication. L endroit est magnifique et la vue à couper le souffle nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances au top. L endroit est très calme et typique du sud, tout ce qu'on nous aimons. La maison n est pas grande mais suffisant pour tenir à 4 et aucun manque niveau équipement électroménager. Nous avons beaucoup plus profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine qui sont juste comme il faut surtout la piscine surélevée de la terrasse qui donne plus de sécurité pour les petits enfants de moins de 2 ans. Sep 28, 2018 #### un lieu paisible mais une résidence peu entretenue Cette région mérite d'être visité. concernant la résidence : CÔTE POSITIF : - je remercie Charlotte, qui nous a très bien accueilli. Elle est disponible quand on a besoin d'elle. - la résidence est dans un petit village charmant. - le barbecue et le four à pizza pour les fans de cuisine - la terrasse devant la maison est super, avec sa table - la présence du hamac est la bienvenue pour les sieste en plein après-midi. CÔTE NEGATIF : - J'aimerai tout d'abord préciser, sans mauvaise foi, que les photos ne reflète pas la réalité. Il n'y a pas de gazon, mais un jardin non entretenu. Il n'y a pas de chaises longue devant la maison mais une grande table. - il faut noter que l'accès à la résidence se fait par une route en pente, sans lumière la nuit. - le jardin n'est pas entretenue, ceux qui le rend inutilisable. Il y a de nombreux détritus, des vielles chaises, des objets qui traînent, l'herbe pas taillés. - Si vous n'aimez pas les moustiques, vous allez être servi... - nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la petite piscine à cause des nombreuses abeilles présentes autour et de nombreux insecte - la piscine est délabrée et vielle, les bords sont écorchés. - la terrasse à côté de la piscine est en mauvaise état, les lattes sont décollés. - côté résidence, la demeure est un peu vieillotte, un coup de fraîcheur ne lui fera pas de mal. - une chambre se trouve en mezzanine, l'accès se fait par une échelle en plein milieu de la pièce principale. - la cuisine est vielle mais pratique et fonctionnelle. En résumé, je reste quand même déçu de la prestation au vu des photos qui étaient présentés. Le village ainsi que la ville de Grasse mérite d'être visité mais la résidence a besoin d'un entretien ainsi que d'un rafraichissement à l'intérieur. Double bedroom on ground floor with a wardrobe you can't close the doors as it isn't attached to the wall. Double bed on open mezzanine access via a ladder & crawl to the bed which was ok for our teenager. Settee in the main room is 2 single mattresses so ok for a bed During our stay the garden area was looking overgrown & remenants of building work / old equipment lying around. The wood underneath the decking around the pool was rotten making it uneven & could be dangerous. Outdoor kitchen was lovely & used every night didn't get to use the pizza oven. The steep access road isn't for the faint hearted but ok after a few times. With a little more care & attention this would have been worth the money paid. ##### Tina G. Et merci à Charlotte pour son accueil et sa disponibilité ! Premièrement : l'odeur : la maisonnette sent le renfermé, très fort, et même après une semaine d'aération complète et de l'huile essentielle pour atténuer. Il y a un dépotoir derrière, un cimetière d'électroménager, partout dans le jardin des pots de fleurs laissés à l'abandon, renversés, au bord de la piscine peu engageante, il y a un espace de ronce, et un store qui n'en est lus un depuis des année qui gâche la vue magnifique sur les montagnes. L'espace barbecue aurait besoin d'un bon rangement : tout est encombré de bouchons de chaussure de bouteilles, rien ne permet de poser vos grillages à côté, de toute façon pour faire griller quelque chose, mieux vaut venir avec votre grille, celles sur places sont rouillées. je vous passe le coin chambre dans lequel se trouve le vaisselier, avec la "belle vaisselle", trop grande pour entrer dans le lave vaisselle. La machine à laver le linge est maintenant neuve, grâce à Charlotte, qui a dû la changer car elle faisait sauter l'électricité. Et en parlant électricité, quelle surprise de prendre sa première douche glacée faute d'eau chaude, encore une fois : merci Charlotte, le reste de la semaine nous avions de l'eau chaude ! Toujours question électricité, pas de lumière dehors, heureusement que Charlotte a pu encore agir : mais, ensuite c'est dans le maisonnette qu'il n'y avait plus de lumière ! Bref, vous l'aurez compris : cette location n'est pas faite pour le repos ! Et n'est surtout pas adapter pour une famille avec des enfants, j'imagine mal comment y dormir à 4 sereinement, il y a bien 2 banquettes dans la salle, mais avec cette odeur ... et une mezzanine dans laquelle se trouve un matelas, nous n'y sommes pas du tout monté, nous ne voulions pas voir ! Il y aurait un très gros vide à faire partout dans cette maisonnette, tout est encombré de plats de verres de bibelot ... et que dire de l'accès aux toilettes : entre une penderie et avec une commode dans les genoux, certes cela fait du rangement ... toutefois, je pense que cette commode serait plus à sa place dans la penderie. Et puisque nous parlons de rangement : il y a une grande armoire dans la chambre (chambre ajoutée par le propriétaire) mais attention en la fermant, elle risque de ne jamais se rouvrir, le sol étant anciennement une terrasse, il n'est pas plat, et les portes coulissantes elles sont réglées glisser sur du plat. Le lieu est charmant, bien décoré et bien équipé. La vue du jardin est magnifique et reposante, cet l'immense jardin sans vis-à-vis est un vrai luxe. La terrasse est superbement décorée, on est transportés dans un ailleurs au bruit des grillons et au son des grillades frémissantes! Nous avons su profiter de cet havre de paix tout en savourant la découverte de la région. Merci pour ces souvenirs! ##### Sabrina T. Archival ### 6/10 Okay Jun 21, 2011 #### Entre décpetion et ravissement La maisonnette est loin de faire la superficie annoncée, à peine 18m². Le lit en mezzanine est d'un accès très sportif (escalier non sécurisé) sous comble avec une hauteur très limite et cela mériterait d'être précisé dans l'annonce. Si la présence de la chatte des lieux nous a enchantée (ainsi que la visite des poules), cela mériterait également d'être précisé pour les personnes à qui cela pourrait déplaire. Le point le plus désagréable a été la propreté des lieux plus que discutable, voire rédhibitoire (réfrigérateur malodorant, gazinière très grasse et collante, poussière, housses de coussin et de matelas qui composent le mobilier de salon usitées et sales, etc.). Pour le reste, l'aménagement est effectivement choisit avec goût, la vue imprenable et le cadre extérieur enchanteur. Etant donné l’exigüité de la location, le beau temps doit impérativement être de la partie...Dernier bémol, nous sommes arrivés après qu’il ait plu de façon torrentielle quelques jours auparavant et l’ensemble du mobilier de jardin (coussins et matelas de plage) était encore trempé… Archival ### 10/10 Excellent Jul 29, 2010 #### Un véritable petit écrin Une invitation permanente à la détente et au bien être constitue le point fort de ce "mazet": Vue magnifique, grand terrain sans vis à vis, ensoleillement maximum, piscine de belle qualité (nage à contre courant vraiment top!) décoration soignée et très aboutie donne du vertige à votre séjour. Jun 23, 2010 #### Une oasis du repos Cet petit,joli et bien équipé mazet se trouve dans grand un jardin ébauché merveilleux et super. Le mazet et également le jardin ont été équipés avec beaucoup d'amour au détail. Même aux jours chauds on peut se bien tissé au bord de la petite piscine.
