Ideally located just a few minutes from La Croisette and the beaches, and only 7 minutes' walk from the Palais des Festivals, this magnificent apartment combines space, comfort and high-quality amenities. It comprises a beautiful living area with a lounge area and dining area, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen with a balcony.   
  
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with WC. The second bedroom has two single beds (possibility of combining them into a double bed), while the third bedroom is fitted with a double bed. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with WC, as well as an independent WC in the entrance.
