You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that spans 75 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The apartment was fully renovated in 2021, ensuring a comfortable and beautiful living experience. The living/dining room is equipped with a TV (flat screen) and has an exit leading to the terrace. The first bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, a TV, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. The second bedroom has a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, also with an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Senseo) are provided. The apartment also features electric heating, a washing machine, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Additionally, a reserved parking space (number 96, roofed) is available for your convenience.

The apartment boasts two spacious terraces, one measuring 8 square meters and the other 17 square meters, both with a south-facing position, offering stunning views of the sea.
