Its main highlight is a spacious terrace with an unobstructed, breathtaking sea view — perfect for enjoying every moment in complete peace. Set in a quiet environment, this apartment enjoys a prime location while remaining close to shops, boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Croisette and Palais des Festivals are just a few minutes' walk away. Located on the third floor with an elevator, this accommodation has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Cannes. Enjoy an exceptional setting facing the sea! You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible. Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site.
