In a building located in the heart of Cannes, this magnificent 4-room luxury apartment features a kitchen opening onto a bright living room with high-quality fixtures and fittings, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies. The apartment is ideally located in the Banane district, perfect for enjoying and visiting the city of Cannes and its must-sees: \- Palais des festivals: 8 min on foot / 7 min by taxi-car-bus \- Beaches: 6 min walk / 5 min by car-taxi-bus \- Supermarket: 1 min walk (Carrefour City) \- Restaurants / bars: 1 min walk \- Public parking: Gambetta market parking lot or Lamy private parking lot The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair-trade cotton). The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
