Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, fully renovated with modern decoration in a quiet residence. This very nice apartment of 48m2, has a veranda terrace and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located in the Pointe Croisette area. This area is located a few meters from the beaches of the Croisette, the internationally renowned palaces and its luxury stores, perfect to enjoy : \- Palais des festivals / Croisettes: 10 minutes by car and 13 minutes by bus \- Beaches : 7 minutes by foot and 3 minutes by car \- Supermarket : 2 min walk \- Restaurants / bars : 1 to 5 min walk \- Public parking: Several public parking lots within 10 minutes walk from the apartment The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with \- Living room: flat screen TV - sofa \- American kitchen : fridge - kettle - toaster - Nespresso coffee machine - oven - microwave \- Bedroom : 1 queen size bed (160X200) \- Bathroom : shower+ quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). \- Independent WC \- Equipment : free high speed wifi - washing machine - iron and ironing board - hair dryer \- Additional information : 1st floor, with elevator Additional services offered: \- early arrival, before 4:00 pm, according to availability \- late check-out, after 11:00 am, subject to availability \- airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
