Facade renovation work is currently underway, but this will have no impact on the comfort or quality of your stay This district brings together the essential places of Cannes: the Croisette, the rue d'Antibes, the Gambetta market, the Palais des Festivals ... The Banana district is so called in reference to its shape which resembles the fruit. La Croisette, with its magnificent private beaches, its internationally renowned buildings and its luxury boutiques, is the symbol of French luxury. Rue d'Antibes is undoubtedly the main shopping street in Cannes. Parallel to the Croisette, this street is home to all kinds of shops. The Gambetta market, near the station, offers fruits and vegetables from the region, as well as clothes, shoes and accessories. It is ideal for delegates (11 minutes on walk from the Palais des Festivals) and for touristes (1 minutes on walk from the beaches). Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture. The apartment is in really good conditions, not really new but very well maintained, we were pretty much satisfied with it. For the location and balcony view we can forgive some misunderstanding with management company. Like usually on Airbnb or Vrbo we tried to communicate with host. No answers at all. We asked about parking , check in dates but only when I requested cancellation they responded. We came 3 or 4 hours before check in time. They soon it’s not ready yet but offered to store our suitcases 8 euro per hour per item ( because we have no chance ) but as soon we let Taxi go - apartment became available ( of course for 70 or 80 euro) When I reported closet door broken and failing apart was no answer at all but when I asked for extra towels ( we stayed a week) answer came immediately- yes for 19 euro. Die Wohnung hat eine super Aussicht und befindet sich im 6 Stock. Dennoch heizt sie sich nicht so extrem auf, wie wir es in anderen Wohnungen in den obersten Stockwerken bereits erlebt hatten. Der nächste Pluspunkt ist ein kleiner Weg direkt zur Strandpromenade durch die Keller. Zusammenfassend eine tolle, sauberer Wohnung und die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur war sehr einfach. J'ai dû monter 6 étages car l'état de l'ascenseur n était pas top : résultat il était en panne avant notre départ. Ce serait bien de préciser ce détail qui est important pour les familles avec enfants. Tout le monde ne rentre pas dans l'ascenseur : 2 personnes max.
