Modern and cozy, this superb apartment is located in the heart of downtown Cannes, just a 2-minute walk from the SNCF train station. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find Rue d'Antibes, famous for its many stores and restaurants.  
  
This superb 37 m² apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, is ideally located.  
  
This district gathers inescapable places of Cannes: the Croisette, the street of Antibes, the market Gambetta, the Palais des Festivals...  
The district of "la Banane" is named after its shape which reminds the fruit.  
The Croisette, with its magnificent private beaches, its internationally renowned palaces and its luxury boutiques is the symbol of French luxury.  
Rue d'Antibes is without a doubt the main shopping street in Cannes. Parallel to the Croisette, this street hosts all types of stores.  
The Gambetta market, near the train station, offers local fruits and vegetables as well as clothing, shoes and accessories.  
  
Taking advantage of a privileged location, offering proximity to the must-sees of Cannes, you will have at your disposal  
\-Palais des festivals: 9 min on foot  
\-Beaches: 5 min walk  
\-Supermarket : 2 min walk (Vival)  
\-Seaside restaurants : 6 min walk  
\-Parking: The Gare SNCF parking lot is located at 1 rue Jean Jaurès, just a few steps away, offering direct, convenient access. You can also find parking spaces at Parking Gambetta.  
  
The apartment, located on the 4th floor without elevator, will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It has a high speed internet connection and air conditioning as well as electric heaters throughout the apartment.  
  
Below are the details of the equipment:  
\- Surface area: 37m².  
\- Living room: flat screen TV + comfortable sofa bed (140X200)  
\- American kitchen : fridge + kettle + toaster + microwave + coffee machine + dishwasher  
\- Bedroom: 1 queen size bed (160X200) + large dressing room + flat screen TV  
\- Bathroom : shower + WC  
\- Equipment: free high-speed wifi + air conditioning + washing machine + iron and ironing board + hair dryer + small cleaning equipment (bucket, broom, vacuum cleaner)  
  
Services offered in addition:  
\- Early arrival, before 4:00 pm, according to availability  
\- Late check-out, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability  
\- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...  
  
Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season.  
Autonomous night arrival without extra charge.  
  
  
  
The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.  
  
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.  
  
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.  
  
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :

\- Airport transfers  
\- Welcoming in person on site  
  
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.  
  
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.  
  
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.  
  
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.  
  
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.  
  
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.  
  
\- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€  
\- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€  
\- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
