Apartment bright and tastefully decorated with A/C. It enjoys an excellent location in Cannes.  
  
This 60m² Provencal-style apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, is ideally located in Cannes.  
  
The area is just a few meters from the city center and the most attractive places in Cannes.  
The Croisette, with its magnificent private beaches, its internationally renowned palaces and prestigious brands is the symbol of French luxury.  
Rue d'Antibes is without a doubt the main shopping street in Cannes. Parallel to the Croisette, this street hosts all types of stores.  
Le Suquet is the historical center of Cannes, with its picturesque old houses overlooking the bay of Cannes. Its Forville market is a must for food lovers.  
  
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of :  
\- Palais des festivals : 15 min on foot and 5 min by car  
\- Beaches : 11 min by foot and 4 min by car  
\- Supermarket : 6 min by foot and 2 min by car  
\- Restaurants / bars : 4 min walk and 1 min drive  
\- Parking : 5 min walk and 1 min drive (Parking Suquet Forville)  
  
The apartment, located on the ground floor, will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has air conditioning in the rooms and an internet connection.  
  
Below are the details of the apartment's facilities:  
\- Surface area: 60m².  
\- Living room: flat screen TV + sofa  
\- Kitchen: fridge + kettle + toaster + oven  
\- Bedroom n°1: 1 double bed (140X200) + dressing room + balcony + air conditioning  
\- Room n°2: 1 double bed (140X200) + dressing + air conditioning  
\- Bathroom: shower and WC  
\- Services: free high speed wifi + washing machine + iron and ironing board + hair dryer + small cleaning equipment  
  
Services offered in addition :  
\- Early arrival, before 4:00 pm, according to availability  
\- Late check-out, departure after 11:00 am, subject to availability  
\- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...  
  
Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season.  
Autonomous night arrival without extra charge.  
  
The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.  
  
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.  
  
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.  
  
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :  
  
\- Early check-ins  
\- Airport transfers  
\- Welcoming in person on site  
  
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.  
  
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.  
  
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.  
  
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.  
  
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.  
  
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.  
  
\- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€  
\- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€  
\- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
