This tastefully decorated 3 room apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of : \- Palais des festivals : 10 min on foot and 4 min by car \- Beaches : 14 min by foot and 5 min by car \- Supermarket : 6 min walk and 3 min drive (Carrefour market) \- Restaurants / bars : 4 min walk and 1 min drive \- Parking : 4 min walk and 1 min drive (Parking Suquet Forville) The apartment, located on the 2nd floor without elevator, will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
