Villa Ad Alta is a well-specified, fully air-conditioned, pet-friendly, 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool located in an exclusive Cannes gated community. The Villa's bedrooms, spacious Lounge with vaulted ceiling and Conservatory are optimised for comfort and stylish living.   
  
Well-kept, private gardens feature extensive terrace spaces with ancient olive trees, statues, and rustic stone walls. A summer kitchen provides outdoor cooking facilities. A gated driveway accommodates parking for 3+ cars. In addition to the private pool guests have access to the Domain's large communal pool, located a 5-minute walk away.

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely house. The location was great, about 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Cannes. The owners are very friendly and they answered all our questions incl. check in/out. We would definitely stay again.

We have spent two Werks in your lovely Villa and we have enjoyed every Minute. The only thing was that the Chairs in the Garden become old and should be replaced by Time. Same for the dishes. But theese two little points are not enough to give less than 5 Stars . . A complete Perfect vacation in a 5 Star Villa .

Det var ett mycket charmigt och trevligt hus med ett perfekt läge i förhållande till Cannes med mera. Det var ett fint inhägnat område där huset låg. Den hårt trafikerade vägen på andra sidan häcken vid poolen upplevdes dock tidvis störande. På önskelisan står fler hopvikbara solstolar som kan användas vid poolen då de befintliga solsängarna var på motsatt sida om huset och poolen. En enkel utedusch vid poolen hade varit toppen om det funnits. I det stora hela var vi mycket nöjda. Olle och Inger med familj

Me and my familie had a great time in Cannes and the villa! It was perfect for our conpany of 7 adults and 2 kids. We loved the outdoors kitchen and the pool was perfect for the kids! Some sunchairs by the pool Would have made it even better but we managed. The kids didnt want to go home!! :) We will miss france and hopefully we can come back some time!

Effectivement belle maison, beau cadre...mais beaucoup d'inconvénients : La propreté : vaisselles très sales, couettes avec de grosses taches ce qui ne donne pas envie de dormir avec, mais pas le choix!!!!! Le sol à peine nettoyé, les sanitaires encore moins!!!!! une belle baie vitrée mais qui en plein soleil est très encrassée, les toiles cirées , noire de poussière. En ce qui concerne les services proposés : La plancha à peine nettoyée, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche du chalet, le sani-broyeur qui fonctionne la nuit, d'ou un bruit désagréable. grosse circulation , car la route principale se situe à coté de la maison. Il m'a été demandé de régler une certaine somme pour le ménage, alors que celui ci n"a pas du tout était effectuer. C'EST DOMMAGE.

#### 3 weeks in Cannes

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children spent 3 weeks at this villa in August 2016\. While the villa is 15 minutes by car from the centre of Cannes or the beaches we enjoyed our stay here very much. The villa is located north - west of Cannes in La Bocca however this being our 6th time in Cannes we were not unaware of it and did not mind at all. It is located in a " gated community " and once in the community we greatly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The community pool is quite nice however it does not offer any amenities such as chairs or umbrellas. The villa itself is large comprising of 3 + 1 bedrooms in the main house as well as one full bathroom/shower/toilet/sink combination and 2 other shower/sink combinations in other bedrooms. The entire villa is air conditioned and the kitchen proved to be very easy to use with modern appliances. The chalet in the backyard is quite rustic and offer a full bedroom as well as a shower/toilet /sink bathroom. While it is closer to the road and a little noisy it also provided privacy from the rest of the house. All in all this villa is very large comfortable and offers good value for the money. We must also mention Antonio the caretaker of this villa. He was there within 30 minutes to take care of any issues that arose and he was a real pleasure to deal with.

Отдыхали большой компанией в июле. Были очень разочарованы! Красочные фотографии бассейна выложены на странице виллы ошибочно. БАССЕЙН НЕ РАБОТАЕТ! Наши дети (5 человек) были очень и очень расстроены. Мы бы не бронировали этот дом, при наличии информации о проблемах с бассейном! Очень шумно! сразу за забором оживленная дорога, движение по которой не прекращается днем и ночью! Возможно дом хорош для отдыха весной и осенью. Летом очень жарко. Постройки и территория прогреваются очень сильно. На крытой террасе невозможно находиться даже с включенным кондиционером. Маленький гостевой домик, который находится около основной постройки, не пригоден для жилья! Шумно, очень душно (окна не открываются), звуки (так же и в ночное время) от био-туалета. Дом очень маленький для трех семей, максимальное количество для комфортного проживания - 6-7 человек. Из положительного следует отметить хорошую техническую оснащенность, месторасположение (рядом большой супермаркет, трасса А8, пляжи)

#### Enjoyable visit

The villa was very comfortable for 9 people and had everything you would need. The community was beautiful and clean. Pool was ok. We wished it had some chairs or grassy area where you could sit comfortably. The public transportation was conveniently located. My only concerns with villa was upstairs bedroom is not very comfortable both in terms of staircase and bed. There is no way a young child or older adult can mange those stairs especially during the night. It is a thin mattress on a wood frame. Also in the morning it took about 25 minutes to make a pot of coffee. With the cost of the weekly stay I would have expected better appliances.... Especially coffee pot.

#### Villa très spacieuse 

Nous étions 9 adultes et la villa nous a tout à fait convenu : cuisine bien équipée, salon living de bonne taille, chambres avec douche, véranda bien commode pour les repas. Nous n'avons malheureusement pu essayer la cuisine extérieure mais cela aurait pu être une expérience bien agréable. Au niveau sonore, la proximité de la route est un inconvénient. À recommander pour les grandes familles

#### Beautiful villa in a great location

Very impressed with the villa. Beautiful, clean obviously a loved family home! Loved the washing machine it took the stress away from knowing that I didn't have lots to do on our return home. Summer kitchen and bbq was used nearly every night and we have toyed with the idea of building one at home (with a roof to cope with the good old British summer..). Beds were really comfy. Didn't use the upstairs mezzanine bedroom but it was spacious (although the stairs were tricky to negotiate.. Didn't let my boys up there for fear of them falling) The pool on the complex is lovely and clean without needing harsh chlorine like pools here. We had the pool to ourselves most days and our oldest son starting swimming so a fantastic memory to cherish! Supermarket nearby is ideally located for everything and the beach isn't far either. Cannes is very nice!! Overall we had a great stay and loved every minute and would definitely return It might be worth installing a guest book near to the guest manual as it would be great to get feedback when you go home plus it gives others a chance to be nosy and see who's stopped and what they have written Thank you for allowing us to stop in your beautiful home! #### Beautiful, clean and charming house.

We arrived to a clean and beautiful house. We were 7 people ( 2 adults and our 5 tenage) from Denmark. A lovly garden with beautiful flowers and space to all of us. A pool with clean water. We have it almost for ourselves. The neighbors were sweet and friendly. A large shoppingcenter 5 min ( car) with all you wish, baker, butcher,fresh fish etc. We recommends to rent a car, go to Nice and Monaco in the evening. We have nothing to complain about, except the A/C, which was timed and could not be switched to the night.

#### Home from home

The villa was beautiful, clean and very well contained. It was in a superb location. Antonio the site manager was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The villa suited all ages and we would definitely recommend this. Thank you for making our 1st reservation with owners direct a pleasant smooth process.

#### A good Base for a Stay at the Côte d'Azur

The guarded domain is quiet and well kept, the inhabitants friendly. It is situated somewhat outside La Bocca, but Cannes and the motorway Provencale are easily reached. There are plenty restaurants, supermarkets etc in the vicinity. The Villa Ad Alta (VAA) is on the perimeter of the domain, the quite busy accessroad (goes on in the mountains) is quite noticeable, especially in the mornings. Thze common pool ist oldfashioned but very clean and refreshing. VAA is a spacious, well designed, clean and best equipped holiday home. Much of the installed electronics we did not really need (2 couples over 60, 4 younger persons between 20 and 30), a few didn't work properly (WLAN in the Chalet, sound-system). This bothered us rather less than the gnats, which drive you inside at dusk, at least this time of the year, despite all repellants. Antonio the "property manager" is quite eager to help with all problems, so are Nicolina and Ian via telephone when notified. All in all a recommendable and enjoyable base for a late sumnmer holiday near Cannes on the Côte d'Azur.

#### Villa ad alta ❤️

Villa ad alta, bellissima e molto accogliente. Dotata di ogni confort, capace di collimare sia le esigenze di famiglie numerose che di comitive di ragazzi come noi. Non è la solita casa vacanze. Ha proprio tutto. Provare per credere. Oltre la bellezza della villa, non possiamo rimanere indifferenti sulla cordialità e disponibilità della proprietaria, che sarebbe felicissima ad accogliere soprattutto italiani. Felicissimi e pronti a ritornare presto ❤️

#### perfect

Clean, spacious, well equipped, perfect for larger groups. My father particularly enjoyed his own space in the chalet, and son loved the mezzanine. Many hours were had just chilling,playing petanque and chatting in the well kept, quiet, private garden. The huge tv was a great hit to watch the world cup on :) Bus to Cannes couldn't be easier and very cheap. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend. Antonio who met and showed us round the villa was very helpful.

#### Stay on the period 23.04-30.04.14

The house is very cousy and perfect for families! We had 2 boys with us on the age two and they have plenty of room for running. House is surrounded by bushes and fence so it was very safe place also. The kichen and the outdoor grill were great! Thank you we enjoyed our stay big time!
