Idéalement situé à 850m de la plage-10 min à pieds et 2.7km du palais des festivals et la croisette-8 min en voiture. L'appartement est très confortable, meublé à neuf en décembre 2022: Wifi, climatisation, lit 160x200, lit bébé, lit placard, cuisine entièrement équipée, plancha, lave vaisselle, machine à laver et un agréable terrasse qui donne sur le parc.
