This nice apartment of 57 m², situated on the 3rd floor with elevator, is composed of:  
\-a nice terrace,  
\-a comfortable living room,  
\-an open fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)  
\-a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),  
\-a bedroom with a bunk bed,  
\-a bathroom with shower,  
\-hoover, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and ironing facilities,   
\-TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan,  
\-a garage.  
  
A management fee of €730 will be charged for mid-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
