Decorated in the Hygge style and enhanced with exotic art, this premium suite offers high ceilings, cozy fireplaces, Smart TVs, and a spa-like, relaxing ambience. Multi-jetted showers and deep soaker tubs provide profound relaxation after a day of hard play. Heated parking, in unit washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, are included in your stay. Access to gym and pools is included. Enjoy awe inspiring views of the Canadian Rockies from all rooms. The top floor, penthouse offers high ceilings in a spacious 1400 Sq. ft. 2 bedroom suite with cozy fireplaces and flat screen, Apple TVs in both bedrooms and a 55\` Samsung Smart TV in the living area. Relax in the multi-jetted showers or soak in the over sized tubs. Create culinary extravaganza in the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill. Heated parking, washer/dryer, and WiFi are included in your stay. Please inquire at the front desk for details about the Hot Pools, Gym and Theater. Complementary tea, coffee, oil and spices are availabe for your enjoyment. We offer full service tableware. Strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols are followed to provide and maintain a safe environment for our guests. We are in the Aurora building on the top floor. Access to Kananaskis way is on the first floor and Access to the courtyard and one wellness spa is through P1. Best to have a car. Local transit information is available at roamtransit website.Taxis are available as well as buses to the local ski hills. Free, heated underground parking is accesible with your code. There is street parking as well. 10 minute walk on a trail by the stream takes you to Downtown. Zen Penthouse is my home and I welcome you to share in this amazing space. All children are welcome and count as guests when booking. It is an easy 15 minute walk along the creek from here to town. Access to the Resort\`s hot tub and cinema is complimentary and may be limited per provincial public health guidelines. We offer spa robes and pool towels. These must be washed and put away if borrowed. Complimentary access to the gym at OneWellness spa, located directly below the condo, on the first floor, is accessed from the courtyard. They offer massages, steam room and dry sauna at an additional cost. Their services are a great way to complement your stay, I suggest booking in advance. Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered and if possible, will be offered at $30 per hour. The change in time will be confirmed with receipt of payment. Animals of any kind, including support or service animals are not allowed due to allergy reasons. Unregistered guests, extra persons, parties of any kind may result in eviction. We have created some common courtesy rules to maintain a pristine environment in our home for our guests. 1\. Bring extra socks to wear indoors. Shoes are not to be worn inside the home. 2\. DO NOT SMOKE, vape, burn incense or use drugs on premises. 3\. Do not bring unregistered guests into the unit. There is a $100 fee per night per guest over 4\. 4\. The Resort requests quiet after 10 pm. 5\. Please respect the white linen and the white rugs. 6\. You may adjust the thermostats in the kitchen and the master bedroom if needed. 7\. 2 Bluetooth speakers and alarm clocks are available for your use. 8\. Smart TVs in all rooms. You may download your app of choice and log in using your credentials. Please observe care when attaching cables to the TVs. Leave TV remotes by the TVs 9\. Remote control for the fireplaces will turn the fireplace on and off and adjust the amount of heat generated. Leave the remotes near their respective fireplaces. 10\. There are games and books in the cupboards for your use. Please ensure that these are returned, in proper form, before your departure. 11\. Pool towels are available for your use in the unit. Please bring them back, wash and dry them before departure. 12\. Please clean the outdoor grill after use. 13\. Please start a wash of towels at check out. 14\. Please remove all garbage and bring recyclables to the garbage room located on the 4th floor past the elevators to your right. 15\. Please clean and put away all dishes and pots before you leave. 16\. Leave all remotes by the TVs. 17\. Leave the park pass on the dining table. 18\. Clean and return and baby items you may have borrowed. 19\. Return Sofa bed to Sofa position. 20\. Please notify us promptly if things are not to your satisfaction. The property was clean, perfect location, beautiful views and most importantly the check in process and communication was smooth. We spent a week at the property and felt wonderfully relaxed with spa like amenities including an amazing shower. We have two children and the host was nice enough to provide two twin beds so they didn't have to share a bed. I honestly couldn't ask for more. It has high quality cooking needs - just like home. We've rented many VRBO's over the years, but this is the first time Mrs Meyers hand and dish soaps were there! The owner is very easy to communicate with. When she learned that our 19 year old son would be in the second bedroom, she offered to merge the two twins into a king. The bathrooms are incredible. Also the first time I've seen a curling iron provided instead of just a blow dryer. Eating on the balcony was so relaxing! I just cannot say enough! ##### Belinda C. From our initial communication and inquiries, we were comforted by the hospitality and accommodations. Bonus that they had a pack n play set up in advance for our 9 month old. Exactly what we’d want a nice mountain getaway to feel like. Elevator didn’t work one day but the next day it was up and running. Fabulous view, well-equipped kitchen and cozy, comfortable living space with luxurious bathroom tubs for soaking. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we chose Canmore over Banff to avoid the crazy crowds and selected this VRBO stay for convenient day trips into Banff and Lake Louise. Man we were so pleased with this decision. The host has created the perfect experience to enjoy convenience, relaxation and balanced comfort.
