You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place. \- The last phase involves removing and installing new tile in the garbage room vestibule and elevators #1, #2, and #3\. Elevator tile work requires the elevator company to be on-site to shut down service. \- On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., the contractor will jackhammer the tile baseboard in the main floor garbage room vestibule. New tile will be installed the same day in the vestibule and elevator #3\. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
