They are set up so smart with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Communication with the host was great and my only complaint this time was listing had a hottub on description (which was why we picked this specific one amongst others) yet no hottub. I contacted host and there was an error on the listing so she took care of it and refunded us some. It was unfortunate but an error. All good in the end and we will always choose these condos when in Canmore. ##### Brandee V. The size of the unit is perfect for a large family, and having a bathroom for each room is so helpful. This one didn’t have the same high quality of finishes (towels, toiletries, kitchen items etc) but the view was beautiful. As people started arriving and settling into their rooms we found garbage in one of the toilets, garbage cans that hadn’t been emptied, dirt and splatters on the walls, dingy looking carpets and dirty sheets. I contacted the owners and the cleaner showed up at 10:30 pm offering to remake the beds. We declined. We were already in process of washing the sheets ourselves and didn’t trust that they would be done properly this time. We did get some money back, but would have rather paid full price and had better quality. ##### Sharon K. In all there were 4 adults and 6 kids. The house had plenty of room, it was clean, had great views out the back and was easy in / easy out and close - an easy 20 minutes to Banff. The only reason I deducted a star was because the beds were lackluster and water pressure in our shower was pretty weak. Our 'king' bed was two little mattresses on a skimpy bed frame. I think for that caliber of house, better beds would have made a big difference. ##### Jonathan G.
