As you enter this property you will be greeted by the combined living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Pass through the hallway off the garage and you will enter into the spacious bathroom with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are off the kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other one has a twin over full bunk bed. In the living room is a full sized sofa sleeper with plenty of extra pillows and linens provided for your comfort. There is a sliding door leading to the outdoor covered patio from the living room seamlessly blending the outdoors with the indoors.

Boasting two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room, this retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

You will have access to the whole house. Everything in the house, the garage, the patio, and the yard. There is one locked storage closet in the garage that you won't have access to. Otherwise, the space is yours to enjoy fully.  
  
I am available through call, text, or through Vrbo messenger 24/7\. I am located 30 minutes from the property so I won't be able to be at the property right away should there be an issue.

We have a late checkout fee of $25 per hour when checkout is requested beyond 11am.   
  
It is strongly recommended to purchase Vrbo's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips.   
  
Keep in mind this property is located off a rural country road. It does get plowed but many not be plowed immediately following large amounts of snow.
