### Enchanting 6BR Villa, Breathtaking Vistas Canggu

This offers a unique mix of modern and ethnic design and is located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Bali.   
The villa is close to popular attractions such as Berawa and Batu Belig Beach.   
The stunning view of the Bali rice fields adds to the villa's charm. The villa is the first villa in a 20 unit complex. AT 20% DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE CONSTRUCTIONS NEARBY, THE DIRT ROAD ACCESS, NOISE IS TO BE EXPECTED, ACCESS IS DIFFICULT . VEHICLES MUST DRIVE OVER WOODEN PLANKS THAT ARE 1M20 WIDE.  
  
The villa is entirely private. We can organise for our driver to pick you up. Our manager will then proceed to check in and will show you the technical aspects of the villa and will introduce the staff. Airport pick up is available for extra charge  
  
The villa is located near a new resort project that is going steady  
There would be some mild noise and hence we are giving the special price  
It's 5 min drive the famous cafe del mar beach club, and 8 min ride away from Finns beach club and Atlas Beachfest  
  
The villa is entirely private. We can organize for our driver to pick you up. Our manager will then proceed to check-in and will show you the technical aspects of the villa and will introduce the staff.  
  
One of the few villas in Canggu that still has a rice paddy view! At 20% discount at the moment because of the new construction.  
  
5 bedrooms include king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and \*bathtub, air conditioning, outdoor view, television, smoke alarm, and a safe.  
One bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds  
Linen and towels are included. The road to the villa is still a dirt road but is accessible by car, with a huge parking space (can be for 4-5 cars)
