The living/dining room is equipped with a sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, a TV, and a flat screen. This area provides direct access to the balcony. Additionally, there is a separate room with a double bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, also with an exit leading to the balcony. The open kitchen is well-appointed with 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate during your vacation. It also features a washing machine for your convenience. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of one pet or dog allowed. Other amenities include an iron and a baby cot for families traveling with infants. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is provided, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers scenic views of the lake and mountains from the small 4 square meter balcony. Please note that there is no lift in the building, and the property is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety.
