"Limited reception hours and unanswered contacts to the ‘manager on duty’ meant we were unable to use WiFi nor obtain milk and clean towels. The once sparkling White Lace Motel is now tired and shabby and sadly like a lot of motels, seemingly being let run down by inattentive and disinterested owners… sorry to say!!!"

"Stayed at the kication for 4 nights, have to stay was impressed with the stay. Was greeted by at reception by a lovely lady who explained everything i needed to know and for once seemed as if she was generally interested in where i had been in Australia made a nice change from forced interactions. The room was very clean and came with a nice array of coffee and milk. I was well aware that i wasn't staying in a 5 star hotel and for the price the room and facilites were very good value for money. I mean they even had a pool. Shower was really good. Only downside but in no way the motels fault was that its located directly below the approach to the airport so occasionally can be loud but as its a regional airport its few and far between. So all in all if you need somewhere good value, clean friendly and located perfectly for the main town and airport this is a great place."

"Room was clean, bed was good, pool looked good, location to city and board walk excellent, value for money. good shower, a handyman to fix cupboard hinges ect. would be good. "
