Excelente. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no local, e essa foi ainda melhor que a primeira. Destaque para o café da manhã, que sempre tem bolos, pães, sucos e frutas muito frescas, e para o atendimento bastante atencioso.

Estive na Pousada há mais de 1 ano e foi impecável, inclusive indiquei para familiares que se hospedaram lá. Dessa vez ficamos em um quarto diferente a experiência não foi boa. Paguei a mais para ter uma banheira com hidromassagem mas não consegui usar pois a água não esquentava, ficava em 33 graus e a noite em Gramado é frio para tomar banho nessa temperatura. O chuveiro começou esquentando mas logo a água já ficava fria. Fui usar a cafeteira (de cápsulas) e estava suja - deixaram uma cápsula lá dentro de outro hóspede, provavelmente. No café da manhã a mesa que estava reservada para nós estava com coco de passarinho em cima, quando olhei pro chão observei que tinha muito coco de passarinho ao redor, fiquei decepcionada. Além disso, o recepcionista que nos recebeu no dia do checkin esqueceu de avisar que tinha um chá de cortesia que era servido no quarto e precisaríamos solicitar. Infelizmente a minha experiência dessa vez não foi boa e fiquei chateada por esses acontecimentos, especialmente por pagar a mais por um quarto com banheira com hidro e não conseguir utilizá-la.

O hotel é excelente, mas precisa observar alguns detalhes, simples, mas que comprometem. Net no quarto não funcionou, a pia do banheiro estava entupida e os alimentos, pães e cucas no café da manhã tinham aspecto de velhos (não eram do dia). Inclusive um pãozinho integral, quadradinho, completamente duro. Não se conseguia morder. A questão da pia, até fica anti-higiênico, vc lavando as mãos, ou escovando os dentes e a agua que cospe ficar circulando na pia. E não era uma questão da válvula da pia, pois na minha casa tenho a mesma, com o mesmo tipo de tampa de válvula e não era esse o problema. Tirando a válvula a pia seguia entupida. Na net o que acontecia é que o aparelho informava que não estava conectado a internet e não se conseguia acessar os canais do cabo. Um lugar muito bonito, o quarto de excelente tamanho, mas alguns detalhes desfavorecem. O secador de toalhas do banheiro manchado de ferrugem, com pintas de ferrugem na sua composição. Um pouco mais de observação a esses assuntos.
