With capacity for 5 people, two bedrooms, 1GB fibre optic, designed for teleworking, Smart TV and an unbeatable location, just a few steps from the beach and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area. With sea views, this beautiful flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 5 people, with two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a spacious living-dining room and a cosy terrace with sea views for exclusive use. With fibre Wifi Internet at 1GB, designed for teleworking and all the necessary services around. With all the comforts, it has a ceiling fan, two Smart TVs and a communal swimming pool in the residential complex in which it is located.
