Nous avons détesté cette hôtel aucun service même pour avoir de l’eau dans la chambre il fallait remplir une bouteille dans une fontaine à eau filtrante située dans un coin du couloir des chambres mais l’eau avait vraiment un mauvais goût. Très peu de choix au buffet et nourriture pas de bonnes qualités. Le restaurant italien, nous avons était un peu plus déçu mais ça reste correct. Pour les sportifs, salle de sport bien équipée. Des show chaque soir au niveau de l’accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La seule chose que nous avons moins apprécié était l’odeur du savon liquide fournis dans les salles de bain." Dinner was okay but then again you would expect more variety and rotation in the food. There is only two family pools in the resort which is okay but still small for a resort. There is no umbrellaa for the pool or the beach which is unacceptable in my view. Staff is great. Having visited many other 4-5 star resorts on the hotel zone…this one is definitely considered a 3.5 star for what you get.
