The pools are clean, the property is well maintained for its age. The unit was not renovated and needs a bit of care, but it was clean and the view is absolutely amazing. 180 degrees of non-obstructed beach and ocean view. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The only complaint we have is the hardeness of the beds in the second room. My kids (young adults) found them a bit uncomfortable.
