Within walling distance to Playa Caracol and to the bus, which I took advantage of because we did mot have a car. The unit layout was spacious and nothing felt crowded. The pool area was quite pleasant, and not crowded. The restaurant had a great location, overlooking the lagoon. The quality of the food at the restaurant was better than the local restaurants outside of the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant and easy to work with. It's not a huge place and it's not fancy if that's what you're looking for. However, it's clean, the staff is absolutely amazing, and the pool and grounds are very well kept. It was right down the road from all of the action without having to be in the middle of it at the same time. If you want a cozy spot for you and your significant other without spending a small fortune, this is the place. Very quiet and safe. Short walk to public transportation and or about a 15-17 minute walk to Caracol Beach area with shops and restaurants. On-site restaurant/bar was a nice option to have. Food was also pretty good. The property grounds are very clean. The pool was immaculate (though the water was very warm but that’s not a reflection on the property).
