The concierge Israel did such a good job that i gave 3 stars instead of 2\. The place is old, and all the bars are closed down except the beach bar. Closed poolside bar and main bar is closed. All inclusive is not a true statement for this place. Its more like the cheapest option at the one place not shut down is their version of all inclusive. Laundry service pretended to be included, but after it was cleaned i got charged $100\. The room had roaches, which was unacceptable. When I reported it, the front desk told me to follow up with cleaning staff myself. No hair dryer (you have to ask), no mini fridge, very noisy AC, and old patio furniture. Staff seemed unprepared, and there’s little to no management. Check-in was confusing and nothing was explained. The kitchen and coffee area are very basic. Positives: the food is tasty, the beach is beautiful, and the beach bar is nice (though limited menu and opens late). Be aware the ocean is rough and not always safe for swimming. Also, if you plan to rent a car, be cautious rental cars seem to be targeted, so Uber may be a better option. There were a couple things about the room. The beds were uncomfortable and we could feel the springs through the light sheet. Also, when we got into our room the first day, there were no towels. We also thought a light comforter for beds would be a wonderful addition. The only other thing is we had a cockroach in our room and mosquitos. My husband took the cockroach outside. We all have bug bites from them. We still enjoyed ourselves even with these issues.
