It's basically a hostel even if you get the private room and bath. We were in the room for less than 5 mins and noticed 10+ mosquitoes everywhere. The sheets had stains on them. The room also had a moldy smell. We left imm immediately and didn't stay the night we came back the next day to speak to the manager who agreed to give us a partial refund of half of the $300 that we spent however, later we found out that we only got a $67 refund, which is not what she agreed upon. This was a fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with 4 friends, so we booked the room with 6-beds, and it was great! We had a private bathroom, but there were also 2 full bathrooms on the bottom floor next to the change rooms (for those hanging by the pool), so we were all able to shower and do our business without having to wait for the en suite bathroom 👌👌 There are tons of restaurants in the area, and an Oxxo nearby if you want to grab some drinks & snacks. There is also an awesome theatre where you can hang out during a rainy day!
