Rock solid WIFI and a great place to work from. The Puerto Cancun galleria mall is right across the street and along with lots of stores and restaurants, has an Oxxo convenience store hidden in the back. A handy place to score your water, beer and snacks. The Walmart grocery store is about a 20-25 minute walk. Overall the unit was as advertised and very good. The showerhead in the main bedroom was dysfunctional. There was no way to use it without water spilling to the floor. They need to replace it. Maybe the 2nd or 3rd evening we started hearing a beeping from something that we could not find. It was pretty annoying, but tolerable. The property is in a nice location, but it's not really walking distance to anything worthwhile except the mall. No coffee shops or any areas with much personality nearby. Lastly, they only provided 1 key for 4 adult guests. I didn't ask for an additional but it would have been nice for it to have been the default upon check in.
