Most world airlines offer service to Cancun which is only a short distance from Isla Mujeres via a high speed luxury catamaran which has scheduled service every half hour. This luxury condo is on the Northwest tip of the island which makes for unforgettable sunsets while dining at the onsite 'Sunset Grill'. It is such a romantic setting that couples come from all over the globe to have their wedding vows celebrated here. And while the azure blue ocean beckons for snorkeling or casual swimming, the Nautibeach pool with swim up bar is the choice for many. Our guests might be seeking a 'muy tranquilo' vacation for romantic couples. Or a safe family friendly environment. Or they enjoy shopping in quaint mexican markets. Or simply mindlessly wandering thru the cheerfully multicolored town in their flipflops. For all of these, Isla mujeres is where your vacation dreams come true. The condo with its 'Mexican Beach Decor' interior has two bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a queen size and a single bed with the master bedroom having a king sized bed with patio access via a sliding glass door. The patio overlooks Isla Mujeres' nicest signature tropical garden with a walkway leading to the 'Sunset Grill' and adjacent large pool with lounge chairs and pool bar. The Playa Norte with its brilliantly hewed crystalline water is accessible from any direction with beach chairs plus umbrellas available to guests. The town of Isla Mujeres is a short two minute walk down a sand street. Strolling through an unforgettable contrast in architecture and the use of color, you will find over twenty cafe style restaurants of every culinary persuasion. There are several local grocery stores another few steps down the street for those who wish to cook for themselves. As well as golf cart rentals, moped rentals, bicycle rentals, surfboard rentals and much much more. I picked this wonderful property because of the reviews, location and sunsets. The property manager, Keith was a joy to work with. He was very responsive and boy was I asking a lot of questions. Not on the unit I was in but, looking for another place for my last 4 nights during Hurrican Ian. He was on his toes everytime. If you can't find anything at Nautibeach Condo's ask Keith about his other fabulous properties. We also had an incredible Sunset Dinner at Mayan Beach Club. Service and food was out of this world. The only complaint I have is that unit number 1 is near the office and restaurant so if you like sleeping in late this might not be the unit for you as you can hear workers in the kitchen getting ready for breakfast. We also lost power a few times but that has nothing to do with the property and I know the island is working hard to fix the power issues including running new underwater lines. ##### Chris S. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and a 7eleven a few blocks away. It’s also walkable from the ferry if you don’t have a ton of luggage. The apartment was across from the bar and the pool. The location on the beach was excellent. We have been to Ila Mujeres several times and love these condos. The only issue we had was a running toilet that needed some attention. There was also an occasional smell in the bathroom that i believe was coming from the shower drain. Nauti Beach has very well kept grounds and one of the nicest pools on the beach. We didn't use it much as we prefer the Ocean and beach. ##### Todd S. We just love the location! The view from the patio is the pool and the crystal clear, blue waters of the Carribean just beyond. Best view in the world for morning coffee or an evening nightcap! Keith’s condo is on the first floor, so there’s no walking up stairs. The condo is very clean and fully furnished with everything you need. We went to the mercado for supplies the first day and cooked breakfast most mornings, but if you don’t want to cook, the Mayan Restaurant is on site for great breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They’ll even wait on you at the pool or beach. Keith’s a great host and very easy to work with. Can’t wait to go back! ##### Ann M. It comfortably slept our family of 4 and having the pool right in front of the patio was a huge bonus. The staff at the restaurant is so attentive! They saw i had to bring our youngest in for a nap and allowed me to keep the tab open and brought me drinks until he woke up. The cleaning service comes every couple of days and they do a fantastic job. Any time we had a question, Keith was responding immediately. The knob on the water dispenser accidentally broke, someone was there within 15 minutes. The parking lot is gated so feel safe leaving your golf cart there.
