If you’re looking for a room with a view, this is your spot. This recently remodeled two-bedroom condo has a wraparound balcony, perfect for watching the waves roll in over Playa Norte. Look down to see the traditional palapas ruffle in the breeze, and catch one of the best sunset views on an island known for its sunsets. The interior has beautiful Saltillo tile floors and cheerful Caribbean colors throughout, giving the space an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a family or couples traveling together, the suite has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed.

We loved our stay! Loved everything about it. We had one issue with the toilet not filling up with water and they fixed it within 5 minutes! Had a small issue with internet and was fixed within 10 minutes! Great place to stay and it was amazing! We stayed in October and came back with the kids at the end of November. Our kids loved it! Ate at Mayan beach club a few times. Great food. Go to Chedraui and get some food or snacks. We absolutely loved the sunset view.

This condo is perfect for walking everywhere, so many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. Great air conditioning, the condo does need a little updating and fresh paint. 1 day with the golf cart was perfect to see the south beach. Fun people watching off balcony, the location gives it 5 stars!

#### Playa Norte Never Disappoints
Nautibeach's prime beach front locations makes it one of the best locations on the island. We had clean linens, plenty of pool towels and cold drinking water all week. When one of the air conditioning units seemed to be not working well, we let the office know and a staff member was there to fix it within minutes. The grounds are well kept and security is friendly, always looking out for us. The condo provided adequate space for our family with teenagers. The Mayan Beach Restaurant on site offered a beautiful sunset dinner on our first evening there and we were attentive to us during the day. Kelly at the Mayan Spa was amazing and I had the best massage of my entire life. We left the island feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed in Isla four times and this location was very nice. We wanted a place with room for four, that was on beach and walkable to all the amazing restaurants, street vendors, and beach bars- but not locked into all inclusive prices. This was it! The area felt extremely safe and the staff were very attentive. There were always lots of options for beach chairs and a golf cart rental/tour company plus a convenience store right next door. The bar/restaurant adjacent to condo was amazing. The pool very nice. The one thing I will say is that Isla has gotten busier and more expensive compared to five years ago. The beach and the party boats that come from Cancun are quite busy in the afternoon with all kinds of competing loud music, but it goes totally quiet at about 830 pm. My only comment about the unit is that it has a massive balcony (seating for 13!), which is why I picked it, but the view not the best. Other hotels block the ocean and you are at the end of the building overlooking the parking lot/street.

#### DO NOT GO!!!! TOTAL DUMP!
I hate writing this review, but I felt I had to let people considering going to nautibeach know what they were getting into. The pictures LIE! We have been traveling to the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen area for 20 years and have stayed at many properties: both condos and all inclusives and this was the worst place we have ever experienced. We paid in full for 5 nights and after arriving around 4pm the first day we knew we couldn’t stay. The condo/pool area/location of condo/beach/ EVERYTHING was run down. We contacted another resort and left at 6am the next morning as quickly as we could. After contacting the rental company we were refunded $0\. When we arrived, we were dismayed at the state of nautibeach. The security is a joke and basically non existent. The condo is NOT on the beach but behind buildings on all sides. There is NO ocean view. The complex itself is rundown, with holes in the walls exposing pipes and wires. The pool area was another disappointment. Run down with pool tiles missing and was MUCH SMALLER than the pictures showed. Our biggest disappointment, and the main reason we decided to leave was as we were looking for the restaurant on site, we found it to be a pile of rubble. Apparently they are rebuilding the entire thing and the construction noise was unbearable. The construction is happening right by the beach chairs so as you can imagine there was ZERO relaxation to be had with jackhammers 5 feet from the beach chairs. Also, the beach is TINY!

Great location, property managers and concierge may be some of the most helpful and responsive of any where I’ve stayed on the island. Pool is great, beach is steps away, restaurants and bars are walking distance. Grounds are stunning!

Great location, clean and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again with and without our kids. Nice big outdoor patio that wraps on 2 sides of the condo since it is a corner unit. Please note the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access that we could find.

Perfect little spot. Condo has great air conditioning! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Only mild complaints are that an elevator would be nice being that condo is located on 3rd floor and furnishings are a little dated. Other than that, resort, pool, pool bar and location are great.

Very nice condo, great balcony. The management (Flora) is great very responsive with any thing we needed. Condo is well equipped and organized. The location is great, just a few minutes to the center of town. For us the location was too noisy from both the street and nearby restaurants (loud music).

The manager was always accessible, the house was spacious and nice, there patio wrapped around and was nice. We didn’t have a problem with noise. It pretty much quieted down by 10 or 11 and you really could t even hear the outside noise if you were in the bedrooms. It was close enough to all the shops we walked everywhere until the last day when we rented a golf cart to go to the south end. We would definitely stay again.

#### Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay!! Loved having our coffee and toast on the balcony every morning (thank you so much for providing the coffee and sugar options). The blender made us some tasty afternoon margs. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The location of your condo was fantastic—so close to the many many amazing restaurants and food carts in playa Norte. We loved having a beach chair everyday and not having to worry about paying for one. The cleaning staff was fantastic and made sure we had fresh towels and linens every time they came. Just a lovely stay overall and we can’t wait to come back next year!!
