The hotel is inexpensive, well located, and the rooms are ok for the price. But the overall experience is regrettable. We stayed 1 week, and when we were ready to pack, we discovered that the hotel personnel robbed us. We had an expensive box of 2 téquilas along with 2 inexpensive liquor bottles. We left all that under the bedside table. The last morning we found out that the box of téquilas was missing and a pair of used shoes was missing too. We went to the manager, and that's the most insulting part: He kept a smile on his face all the time and shrink his shoulders, saying that he couldn't do anything except interrogate the cleaning ladies. After his "investigation" he came back saying that all the cleaning ladies knew nothing about it, and that everyday the personnel was inspected before going home. Like if we were stupids! The hotel has no security on the entrance and anybody can go in and out anytime... Is very easy for anybody that works there to steal from the rooms, and give the "merchandise" to an associate to take it out of the hotel. The manager also told us that the only way to resolve something was with a police report... we were ready to go to the airport! It's ridiculous to think in a police report at that time. When we were shouting to the manager on the lobby about this situation, more passengers came to tell us about other passengers being robbed on the days before. Robberies seems to be a common practice in this hotel.
