Nice staff but would be better if had staff that spoke English. Wi-Fi didn’t work well. Bottled water should be provided free. NO extra amenities. Would be nice to have a small refrigerator in room. NIce location if you want downtown, has a few good restaurants nearby. Would be nice if TV had some English options or at least English subtitles, I couldn’t get TV to do any English. Having English speaking staff at front desk would be helpful. They will charge 300MXN in cash and call it a government tax. You can not claim that back with expedia since they don't provide a recept. The The beds were itchy and the sheets weren't clean, had stains on them. The room we stayed at was dirty, peed in the sheets, hair all over the bathroom. Room was never clean, the roof was leaking, not hot water in the shower ( never fixed while in our stay) customer service had a very bad attitude. Cigarrttes burns on comforter. Dirty looking room. AC did not work. Only one receptionist at Front desk. I know it was a cheap... one night kind of hotel but it is in really bad shape.
