It is quiet and surrounded by beauty. It is the ideal place to enjoy the beach and stroll on the main avenue of Cancun, where all the shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are located.  
  
The apartment has one private room, kitchen, one bathrooms, two sofa bed on living room, dining room, pool and solarium with garden.  
It is only 3 minutes walk to the beach and the complex is between the sea and the lagoon .. The apartment has wifi and is surrounded by restaurants and entertainment areas.

#### Great place to stay!

It worked well for us, about a five minute walk from the beach. The mini-mart and taco restaurant next door came in handy! A little farther from supermarkets, but quick with a bus ride.

#### Clean, Nice Location, some communication issues. 

The Good: very clean roomy apartment. Enjoyed the location. The restaurant next door is AWESOME. Isac owns the place and sells tours. He hooked us up with some great fun. The bad: we were not on the list to stay there even though the owner received the payment and sent us a note (see you soon) all future communication went well. But there were no exit instructions. Message stated we would get instructions on Feb 3 but we were leaving on Feb 27\. The Ugly: if you leave floaters in the toilet you must use extra water to wash it away.

I liked the open communication from the host and were prompt to bring anything I needed. Housekeeping were very friendly. As it was self catering it would have been nice to have a toaster and hairdryer as standard. The pool was lovely and the security at the gate was good. The condo was lovely.

Arrived and entered the property fine. An oven would have been expected. ? Instuctions for "fancy" hob would also have helped. Very convenient location with store next door and close to beach. Nice pool facility
