Enjoy this beautiful apartment with sea views, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Smart TV in the room. Located facing the sea in an exclusive condo-hotel, which gives you the option of having an "All Inclusive" stay. The condo offers a private beach, comfortable lounge chairs, gym, pool and secure parking. You can add to your reservation (with additional cost): breakfast, lunch/dinner, bar, all-inclusive package or access to the condominium's amusement park. Don't wait any longer! The area is safe. You can find local life. You can find the ferry to Isla Mujeres very close. You will have the studio to yourselves, with: ✔ Two double beds ✔ A double sofa bed ✔ 1 full bathroom ✔ Equipped kitchen ✔ Dining room and eating bar ✔ Balcony with sea view ✔ Air conditioning ✔ Pool with bar ✔ Wifi (Good for home office) ✔ TV (Smart TV) ✔ 1 parking space ✔ Includes: Sheets and pool and bath towels (One per person per stay) Does not include: ✘ Daily cleaning (you can add it with extra cost) ✘ Clothes washer/dryer ✘ No food (you can add it at an extra cost) It is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Stairs need to be used to get to the apartment. The apartment is beachfront. Feel free to enjoy the beach. The photos are real and recent, take into account that in some season you might find sargassum in the country, usually in hot months but it is random. If you find sargassum we suggest you spend the day in Isla Mujeres, the Ferry is very close. Regarding furniture: Due to inventory limitations and to ensure a smooth flow of guests, please note that the use of lounge chairs and other furniture in the pool and deck area is not guaranteed or included in your reservation. Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost). RULES: ✘ Extra guests or visitors are not allowed. ✘ Parties are not allowed. ✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. ✘ Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or visible from public areas. ✘ Towels are not allowed to be used to clean or remove makeup or dye their hair. ✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the WC. ✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open. ✘ The pool cannot be used in casual clothing and a bathing suit is mandatory. Air conditioning needs upgrade, too loud and looks like it needs maintenance. A shower curtain or similar would be helpful to avoid getting water all over the place when you shower. A door bracket would avoid the door slamming from the air that channels in when the balcony door is open.
