It is ideal if you come to know the city and the Riviera Maya. Walking distance from: \+ ADO station: 8 minutes \+ Park of palapas: 6 minutes \+ Market 28: 10 minutes \+ Bus to the beach: 5 minutes \+ Supermarket: 7 minutes \+ Laundry: 1 minute \+ Convenience store: 2 minutes \+ Stationery: 2 minutes It is a one-bedroom apartment, furnished with the basics for you to spend an excellent vacation. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs to climb except to go to the terrace) It has: ✔ A double bed inside the room ✔ A single bed and a sofa bed in the living room ✔ Air conditioning in the room (Cools the entire apartment) ✔ Kitchen. Includes basic utensils. ✔ Table to eat ✔ Closet for hanging clothes ✔ Smart TV ✔ Safe ✔ Includes: Sheets and a towel per person ✔ Parking space in the building (3 shared spaces) ✔ Street parking (Free) ✔ Wi-Fi (Free) \*Notice: Construction work is currently underway on the property, specifically in the terrace area; So this can cause noise during the day\* The accommodation is located within a condominium, where more guests stay and there are common areas that are shared. For these reasons there may be noise from neighbors, cars, or pets. The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals. The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are found in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium. It must be taken into account that during the entire month of April remodeling work will be carried out (specifically in the roof area); This can cause noise and dust on the property.
