### Alberca privada con cascada familia/amigos

Esta casa es ideal si tu plan es conocer los lugares emblemáticos de toda la Riviera Maya pues está a 5 minutos de la autopista para ir aTulum, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Akumal, Chichenitza, Bacalar etc.!  
  
Además que el aeropuerto y la zona hotelera se ubican a 15 minutos en auto!  
  
Disfrutarás de la relajante alberca con cascada y luces de colores al regreso de tus paseos!  
  
La casa tiene garage para tu auto, la calle es una cerrada con portón eléctrico que abrirás con control remoto!  
  
El alojamiento  
Ideal para familias o grupo de amigos.  
  
Toda la casa y alberca serán solo para ti y tus acompañantes. No es compartida con nadie más!  
  
La casa se encuentra en una zona habitacional muy segura, tranquila y estratégica.  
  
Toda la casa (habitaciones y áreas comunes) cuenta con ventiladores, aires acondicionados, cortinas black out y televisiones smart. Cada habitación tiene su baño completo, 2 en planta alta y una en planta baja. Los baños con secadora de pelo cada uno, jabón, shampoo y acondicionador.  
  
La alberca mide 5 x 3 mts y 1.45 de profundidad, cuenta con cascada y luces de colores. El agua está siempre cristalina y extremadamente limpia (todos los días es filtrada con su mecanismo especial de limpieza).  
  
En los meses de Invierno (noviembre a enero) la alberca está climatizada (en lugar de la cascada) para que puedas meterte y disfrutar del agua templada a cualquier hora del día (pues la temperatura en Cancun durante el invierno llega a bajar incluso hasta los 10 o 12 grados por lo que la mayoría de las albercas y el mar suelen estar frios en esos meses).  
  
El resto del año el sol se encarga de calentar naturalmente el agua de la alberca, por lo que su temperatura será ideal para ti y tus acompañantes.  
  
Podrás disfrutar de la alberca y relajarte después de un día largo de paseo! Cuenta con un área con follaje, lámparas de bejuco, además de una mesa que podrás utilizar para desayunar o cenar tranquilamente con tus amigos o familiares.  
  
Acceso para huéspedes  
El acceso a la privada es a través de una puerta peatonal y un portón eléctrico (si vienes en auto), que abre con un control remoto que encontrarás en la caja de seguridad desde tu primer día de tu llegada!  
  
Es una calle cerrada con acceso exclusivo para los residentes, por lo que tu auto rentado estará seguro al estacionarlo en el garage de la casa.  
  
Otros aspectos destacables  
Hay una hielera, sombrilla y sillas plegables para llevarte a la playa y no pagues costos extras por camastros y palapas.  
  
Si necesitas cuna, carriola y silla periquera para tu bebé avísame con anticipación para proporcionartelas con mucho gusto.  
  
Dentro de la casa encontrarás información impresa sobre recomendaciones de las mejores playas, restaurantes, supermercados cercanos etc, además de la historia de Cancún para tu cultura general :)  
  
Hay una carpeta con servicio de concierge en caso que desees que te hagan las reservaciones de tours, paseos o restaurantes, con los costos impresos de los lugares turísticos más importantes de la zona!  
  
Puedes preguntarme sobre la renta de autos a mejores precios, o tu traslado del o hacia el aeropuerto a la casa...  
  
Reglas adicionales  
Podrán disfrutar la casa y su alberca pero por respeto a los vecinos NO SE PERMITE HACER FIESTAS NI TENER MUSICA CON VOLUMEN MUY ALTO.
