### Groundfloor 1 room apartment with Wi-Fi and AC

Cozy studio in downtown Cancun. Close to the famous Mercado 28, Parque de las Palapas and the ADO bus station.  
  
In the area you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, cafes and more.  
  
It has a spacious bathroom, basic kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a small dining room and a sofa bed.  
  
We provide personalized concierge service that can help you book transportation services, tours, activities, restaurants, and much more! Ask about the promotions!  
  
The common areas are shared with 5 more studios, the property has security cameras in the common areas, it is simply for security and does not invade the privacy of the guests.  
  
We will ask for an online check-in, that includes uploading valid IDs for each guest and signing your reservation information and rules. Our check-in times are from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you arrive before of after please let us know and subject to availability we can arrange your arrival.   
  
Room cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. We do not provide cleaning services during your stay nor change of linens/towels.

\- The reservation is strictly for registered guests only. Visits, additional guests, or pets are not allowed.  
\- No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.  
\- Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless previously authorized.  
\- Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.  
\- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.  
\- Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property.  
\- Please turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use.  
\- Please do not use towels to remove makeup, sunscreen, or bronzer, as they can cause permanent stains.  
\- The plumbing system does not support toilet paper or any foreign objects. To avoid blockages and environmental contamination, please dispose of these items in the trash bin provided.  
\- Please do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the property. If you are unsure where to dispose of trash, feel free to ask us.
