Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Overall, I had a great stay at the Riu. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, but the true highlight was the staff. Everyone I encountered was attentive, cordial, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience that much better. The pool area was also beautiful and a great place to relax. The food was good, especially considering this is an all-inclusive resort. I tried a couple of the specialty restaurants, but unfortunately, I didn’t find them particularly impressive. The rooms were also smaller than I expected based on the photos, so that is something to keep in mind when booking. I upgraded to the Elite Club, and while there were some nice perks, including higher-floor rooms, early check-in, late check-out, and access to premium liquor, I’m not sure the upgrade provided enough value for the additional cost. The liquor selection wasn’t as premium or varied as I expected, and the Elite restaurant experience was underwhelming as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the property, particularly because of the excellent service and beautiful grounds. I would just suggest managing expectations regarding room size and carefully considering whether the Elite Club upgrade is worth the additional expense."

This resort exceeded our expectations and gave us so many wonderful memories to take home. The entire property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking to relax, disconnect from everyday life, and enjoy a little piece of paradise. One of the things that impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of restaurants and options to choose from. We also loved the drinks, the pools, the beach, and the beautiful views throughout the resort. Everything was designed to make the experience feel relaxing and special. Our room was comfortable, beautiful, and spotless, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The resort also offers plenty of activities and entertainment, while still having quiet areas where you can simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.
