In the centre of Cancale, in a central position residential area (villas), 950 m from the sea, 2.4 km from the beach, on a main road. For shared use: garden with lawn. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking. Shop 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 250 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "petite croix" 200 m, railway station "La Gouesnière" 7.9 km, sandy beach "Port Briac" 2.4 km, shingle beach "Abris des flots" 1.7 km, thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 11.2 km. Tennis 1 km, riding stable 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Saint Malo Intramuros 13.4 km, Le grand aquarium de St Malo 13.3 km, Dinan 31.5 km, Dinard 19.6 km, Dol de Bretagne 19.3 km, Le Mont St Michel 36 km.
