No signage for water (or any items) in the mini bar and then told we’d need to pay at check out. No instructions in the room at all. Bathrooms are dirty, carpets were not vacuumed. There was a lot of noise during the middle of the night from the floor above and in the early morning (8am) from housekeepers banging and making lots of noise. They blocked out door with trolleys and vacuums on multiple occasions. Overall the quality and service has decreased since my last stay and it was a pretty underwhelming/ unrelaxing experience.
