The Specious two-bedroom apartment is very fancy. Enjoy a spacious, fully furnished, serviced apartment close to local eateries and just minutes drive from the heart of Canberra. The apartment itself is quiet and secure. With remote on lifts and your own unit. All rooms are spacious and with sliding glass doors or windows. Two free parking space in the garage with a roller door. Welcome 6 adults max.

Good sized 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need. Nice & quiet with a lovely outlook. Easy access to the undercover parking below. Excellent location in the heart of Kingston above the Superbarn.

Amazing location and value

1 night stay - location is I credibe. Close to great restaurants and shops and easy to get to meetings around Canberra . Awesome property and Jack was very responsive . Very easy checkin and out and the free parking was a bonus .

Helpful and understanding Host

Jack, our host, responded quickly to any requests and the property location was great for more than your basic needs and central to where we wanted to go and be etc. Restaurants and Supabarn And cafes galore. Thank you Jack.

Dreadful time trying to gain entry

A very stressful time trying to access the property - we had arrived at destination with no information as to how to access the apartment. Long story short - considerable time later when we FINALLY found the key safe with the apartment key (virtually hidden on the public side of a small brick fence, hidden by foliage) the button to open the garage doors did not work - flat battery - incoming residents had to open the door for us. Residents have seen this confusion before. This is very abbreviated. The apartment itself was acceptable. I have requested a refund for the time we were unable to access the property. Contacted STAYZ via email and have had no reply.

One-night stay in Kingston

Location excellent for our needs - especially eating out on a rainy night. Saffron was much enjoyed. So was the apartment - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Tricky finding our way around - parking, getting into the apartment, but our host was available to help. The one drawback - we all like to go out walking in the morning, but at different times. With only one fob to access the building and the elevator, we felt very restricted. For this group, we would look elsewhere next time, because this is important to us. And there will be next time, we hope.

A great place to stay to see the sites of Canberra! We found the mattresses very firm to sleep on. But overall it is a nice modern unit, in a great location and with parking.

It was very comfortable. I would have prefer if the beds were not more comfortable with better mattresses other than that all good. Enjoyed the stay. The saucepans need to be updated to suit the induction top. Thanks
