It has its own covered car space and plenty of visitor parking too. With three bedrooms and one bathroom (with separate toilet), this apartment is fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, large corner bath. There is A/C and heating to the main living space. It is centrally located in Woden, a 5 minute walk to the hospital, 10 minute walk to Woden Westfield and 5 minute walk to a beautiful park area Eddison Park. There are three bedrooms easily accommodating 6 guests - one King, one Double, one twin (2x singles). The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-floor building (please note it is stair access only). No lift. \- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn\`t a double charge, but a security hold.
