Located on Northbourne Avenue, the city\`s main gateway, this apartment offers unbeatable convenience with the Light Rail right in front, providing easy access to the city and surrounding suburbs. This beautifully presented apartment offers magnificent sunset views from the rooftop terrace and the luxury of a heated pool in the warmer months. BEDROOM: Your bedroom features a cosy king-sized bed with professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and ample wardrobe space for all your belongings. BATHROOM: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with fresh bath towels provided. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, featuring appliances such as a fridge/freezer and stovetop. We also stock breakfast essentials like milk, coffee, and tea (guests to provide additional food items for longer stays).
