The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a bright, open layout with phenomenal views of the Lake and surrounding hillside. Revel in the uniqueness of this accommodation with the well-curated collection of books and unique decor from all over the world. Located on the lowest level of condos, enjoy a bit of yard by the entryway that the other condos don't offer. The Unit Upon entering, you're instantly invited to a world of adventure thru the many books lining the walls from all corners of the World. Board games and Smart TV fill the wall on either side of the wood burning fireplace in the Living Room. The space is open to the Dining Room and the wall of windows and sliding doors leading to the balcony overlooking Canandaigua Lake dubbed "The Chosen Spot" by the Seneca Native Americans. \- Table with 4 chairs \- 2 tall Adirondack Chairs \-Weber Grill Enjoy the fresh lake breezes while eating your breakfast on the balcony and enjoying the glorious Canandaigua Lake sunrises. After breakfast, explore all that Bristol Harbour has to offer - take a walk on one of the nature trails, then take the elevator down to the sandy beach and marina for an afternoon of fun. No trees or tower obstruct your view and you were on the first floor. Our only complaint was the property description indicated that there are 2 short flights of stairs from the parking garage down to this unit. While this is true it failed to note that there is a full set of stairs leading down from the parking garage. This makes taking luggage and groceries to and from the unit a bit of a problem.Amy, the listing agent, promptly answered all our questions. She was very good to work with. ##### Doug H.
