Staff - Fantastic, especially their manager Nura Location - Not in walking distance to the city centre. There are a few malls nearby though. View is also facing residential buildings Room - We selected the most expensive room, junior suite. The room was on 6th floor and the lift access was until 5th. The room was build on the roof, so it has low ceiling which gave a negative outlook to it. However, the size was big, balcony was good and the bathtub was the reason we chose this hotel Price - A bit on the expensive side cimpared to other hotels in the city centre of Canakkale. In addition to that, we had to pay extra for one child. We came with 2 adults and 2 child (both 3 years old) and we took a junior suite room which was for 3 adults, so the hotel said that only one child was free while we had to pay for the other. Eventhough we were politely informed of this by the manager, we find the policy absurd as the room can accommodate 3 adults so it means 2 adults 2 child (3 yrs old) should be acceptable. Furthermore, we have had not issues with hotels we stayed in other cities of Türkiye, therefore we were unable to comprehend the policy of the hotel, but end up paying it though All in all, the warm reception we received from the hospitable staffs made our stay enjoyable. Having said that, we are not sure if we will return back to the hotel if the price and child policy remain unchanged. We wish them all the best

Visited during the off-season and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow their personal mobile phone to make a domestic call to change our rental car reservation (the international call from my phone would have cost an arm and a leg). We stayed in one of the top floor rooms right under the roof which had its on patio, tons of light, was very private and spacious. Not much to do around the property though, you’d want a car to drive into downtown Çanakkale.

Good hotel with bad blankets

The hotel is having a very nice design. Rooms are not big but the huge windows are compensating the it. It was very clean. The location is further from the center so without a car it is around half an hour walk. Breakfast was good, not huge variety but enough. A fresh smoothie/juice was a nice extra. The biggest disadvantage was that there was no proper blanket in the room only some sort of a spread with no linnen. It was small, thin and uncomfortable.

Odalar çok küçük!

Kaldığımız oda aşırı dardı, bavullarımızı koyacak yer ayarlamakta dahi zorlamdık, banyoda lavabo ve duş kısmı iç içeydi o kadar dardı ki banyonun kapısı lavabo sebebiyle yarım açılıyordu. Her otelde olan kettle, cay ve kahve yoktu vb ikramlar yoktu mecbur kaldigimiz icin konakladik bir daha kesinlikle tercih etmem.

Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Zimmer geräumig. Freundlicher Service. Aber Fahrstuhl funktionierte leider nicht. Wasser wird in Wegwerfflaschen gereicht. Seife im Bad könnte umweltfreundlicher organisiert werden.
