Enjoy stunning mountain views and access to the recreation center. Walk into the mud room first to take off your shoes and enjoy the condo! Open large kitchen with new appliances as well as L shape couch in living room to enjoy the amazing mountain view from! This level also has a 1/2 bath. Go down a flight of stairs to get to the lower bedroom with a Queen and Twin. Here is where you can go out the slider doors to the patio with seating and a Firepit overlooking the mountain views. Serenity at it's best! The lower level also has a bonus room with a Pyramid Bed (Twin over Full) as well as Washer and Dryer and Full bath. Go up the stairs to enjoy the Large Master Bedroom with a King Bed. Loft off of this with a futon for extra sleeping! Go up another flight of stairs to get to the private loft with a Queen Bed. Waterville Estates provides indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, and pickleball courts for added leisure. In excellent condition, this home ensures a comfortable retreat. This condo offers an excellent location for exploring the White Mountains, with three golf courses within 30 minutes. Numerous hiking trails cater to all skill levels. Within half an hour, visit NH attractions like Squam Science Center, Polar Caves, Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and Clark's Trading Post. Loon and Waterville Valley resorts, with activities like mountain biking, zip-lining, and gondola rides, are also within easy reach. In winter, hit the slopes at Waterville Valley, Loon, or Cannon in under 30 minutes. Nearby snowmobile and snowshoeing trails add to the winter enjoyment. Up to 7 adults or families of 10\.
