Enjoy the great outdoors with hiking, skiing and sledding in the White Mountains of Waterville Estates. Per Waterville Estate regulation, booking guest must be at least 24 years of age. Come enjoy our heated pool, jacuzzi, and gym in our local Waterville facility, a 3 min drive from the home. 1 free guest pass is provided for entry into the facility. Subsequent guests will have to pay for entry as per recent changes made to Waterville Valley Facility policy.A fee of $500 will be charged for the missing guest pass. We enjoy sharing our home with others. Please be respectful of the property and surrounding neighbors as regards to picking up trash after grilling and monitoring noise levels. Guests are also reminded to abide by the rules and regulations of the Waterville Valley Estate. The lower level was damp, crawling with spiders, and the air was unsafe to breathe. Most windows showed signs of leakage with visible water damage and mold stains. We left a day early for our health, asked for a refund, and were refused.
