This two-story renovated property boasts a beautiful, well-kept garden with a wildlife garden and an angular swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Dec.). Enjoy the outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, and barbecue facilities. The villa also provides Internet Wifi, air conditioning, a burglar alarm system, washing machine, and tumble dryer, ensuring a convenient and secure stay.

Immerse yourself in the serene outdoor spaces of this property located in a quiet, sunny residential area of villas, just 90 m from the sea and 120 m from the beach. This level also features a loggia and a patio. Additionally, you'll find two large double bedrooms, each with a panoramic window, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. One of these bedrooms has a French bed, while the other has two 90cm beds.  
  
The upper floor boasts a large living room with a panoramic window, satellite TV, digital TV, a flat screen, radio, hi-fi system, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This floor also has access to a balcony. There are two additional large double bedrooms on this level, one with a French bed and the other with two 90cm beds, both equipped with panoramic windows, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.
