Marinassa, a beautiful farm estate surrounded by fields in Campos, Spain, offers a tranquil vacation rental experience. Enjoy the private, 18,000 sq.m natural state property with a 1,000 sq.m fenced garden featuring a lawn, wildlife garden, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (8 x 4 m). The property also provides internet Wi-Fi, parking on the premises, and a yard.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the serene outdoor spaces of Marinassa. The 1,000 sq.m fenced garden boasts a lush lawn and a delightful wildlife garden, perfect for relaxation and exploration. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonal outdoor swimming pool (8 x 4 m), available year-round, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sun.

For your convenience, a shop is located 4.8 km away, and a supermarket can be found 8 km from the property. Please note that a car is recommended during your stay. The owner does not accept youth groups, but groups of teenagers are welcome upon request.

Unit Layout  
You will have a 3-room house with a total area of 120 square meters featuring modern furnishings. The living/dining room includes a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, and a DVD player with access to the terrace. One bedroom has a French bed (180 cm wide), a shower, and a toilet. The other bedroom has two beds. The open kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, a grill, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate shower and toilet area.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning for your convenience. The large 20 square meter terrace is roofed and comes with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs for outdoor relaxation. Additional facilities include a washing machine, a safe, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Free WiFi internet access is also provided.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house. For your safety, there is a fire extinguisher and an indoor air quality protection system installed. The property has been assigned the ETV/3173 identification number.
