Welcome to this beautiful Majorcan rural house on the outskirts of Campos.
Its exteriors are very nice, with large gardens, 8 x 5 m large swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m and a spacious loungers area with 6 sunbeds. Relax on the huge terrace, or enjoy a great barbecue evening on the fully furnished porch, with the mobile barbecue.

The house has 170 m2, distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, one with double bed, and one with two single beds. All they equipped with air conditioning and heating. One cot and one high chair available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with a bathtub.
The rustic living room is very cozy and comfortable. It counts with one sofa, table, TV-Sat, air conditioning and a wood stove. The kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils and disposes of a dining area with large table and chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

It offers total privacy and maximum tranquility. The apartment is just 2 km from Campos, where you can find everything what you may need for your holiday: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. In 10 min by car you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic islands. Nearby you will also find many more beaches and coves with crystal waters.

The city of Palma is a 30 minute drive. You can enjoy the visit to make sightseeing, cultural tours or shopping. In Palma there are several water parks as Westernpark, Aqualand, etc. Do not miss the visit to Palma Aquarium.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub. Die Finca liegt abgelegen auf einem großen Grundstück, man hat hier wirklich seine Ruhe.Die Ausstattung ist gut, uns wurde nach einer Woche die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt sowie der Pool und die Außenanlagen gereinigt. Das einzige, was wirklich gestört hat, waren extrem viele Mosquitos. Diese fliegen den ganzen Tag, sodass wir eigentlich die Türen und Fenster permanent geschlossen halten mussten. Hier wären Fliegengitter an den Türen und zumindest im Bad wirklich angebracht. Ansonsten ist der Pool wirklich toll, wenn auch etwas tief für kleine Kinder.Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Haus und zu empfehlen!

Lovely peaceful finca any teething troubles were addressed immediately! Thank you Toni and Cris. Only difficulty was the road to access the property very rustic so we did need a larger car! Also booked a taxi into town one night €27 euros each way for a 8 minute drive worth noting so we wouldn't do that again! But overall loved our holiday but we do prefer things quiet might not be suitable for people who like more going on!

In dieser Finca haben wir einen ganz tollen Urlaub verbracht!!

Das Haus ist super gelegen (nah an dem Traumstrand El Trenc und anderen wundervollen Stränden an der Süd-Ostküste, gleichzeitig sind Palma und andere Ziele auf der Insel innerhalb von 30-90 Minuten erreichbar). Der Pool mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen und die Gartenanlage sind sehr gut gepflegt und es macht wirklich Freude hier ganze Tage zu verbinden. Es gibt auch Luftmatratze, Poolnudeln und Schwimmreifen für den Pool, sowie Strandspiele, Sonnenschirme und Matten, die man sich zum Strand mitnehmen kann. Das Haus bietet sehr sehr viel Platz und ist mit Vielem ausgestattet: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Tees, Töpfe, Pfannen, Grill, reichlich Geschirr, Gläser etc. Bei uns blieben keine Wünsche offen!! Toni war super freundlich und hat sich auch sofort gekümmert, wenn wir irgendein Anliegen hatten. Danke dafür!!

Grundsätzlich super

Wir waren insgesamt 14 Nächte in der Finca und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Die Fotos in der Anzeige weichen deutlich vom Ist-Zustand ab. Mittlerweile ist alles vollständig bepflanzt und angewachsen. Herrlich. Der vorhandene Grill hat auch einen super Job erledigt während unseres Aufenthalts. Jeden dritten Tag etwa kam jemand vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt. Den Innenbereich würde ich als einfach und zweckmäßig beschreiben. Völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die man ohne großen Aufwand verbessern könnte, vor allem was die Ausstattung angeht. Es gab im Haus keine Schneidebrettchen und die Messer waren auch mehr als stumpf. Da mussten wir nochmal los und einkaufen. Besonders die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen waren keine Wohltat und jedes sich umdrehen im Bett hatte eine enorme Quietscherei zur Folge. Da bräuchte es nicht viel, um für eine Verbesserung zu sorgen. Was aber gar nicht geht, ist der Zustand der Bäder bei unserem Checkin. Haare in der Badewanne sowie nicht gereinigte Toiletten sind ein NoGo. Wir haben Homerti informiert, da teilte man mir mit, dass man es weitergibt. Ich hoffe, dass das eine Ausnahme war. Insgesamt kann ich die Finca mehr als empfehlen und würde sie auch sofort wieder buchen.
